Nina Socha

Nina began her career in finance as an Equity Arbitrage Broker for a leading institutional firm in New York City.  Along with keeping a pulse on the financial markets, she enjoyed building and maintaining strong client relationships.  After a successful seven-year career, an opportunity was presented to join her husband’s family business and take root in Corning, NY.  Nina works with individuals at various points in their career, seeking to educate and collaborate on navigating life’s financial challenges and triumphs.  She is also well versed to guide post-retirement, as it relates to cash flow, investing and legacy planning.

Nina holds a BA from the University of Vermont in Economics, is a Certified Financial Planner™ and is licensed in New York State in Life, Accident and Health Insurance.  She takes pride in the community by acting on the Board of the Corning-Painted Post Civic Music Association and is a member of the fundraising committees for the Parent Resource Center and the Corning Children’s Center.

Raised in Mid-Coast Maine, she feels at home in an area where outdoor adventure is abundant.  Balancing a busy schedule of family and work life, she makes sure to not miss a ski season or time at the lake.
